Rooms were spacious, up to date, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked that the sleeping quarters had a door so we can watch TV. Also, really appreciated the kitchenette - it's nice to be able to make breakfast and warm something up for a quick meal.

Good sized comfortable suites, reasonably priced compared to hotels across the River. Good kitchen facilities. Museum of History and excellent bagel shop just a few blocks away.

Friendly staff, good for a quick getaway. Didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. However, it was comfortable and easy to get to.

We love the convenience of full size kitchen and rest area. There's plenty of space to relax and unwind after an intensive sightseeing session.

The location was very good, closed to the Can Museum of History, the Alexandra Bridge and many nice restaurants.

Very nice and big suite! Almost too big for just a one night stay. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice living area and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook simple meal.

We were very happy with our room and how clean it was. We had a car also and were aware of extra parking fee for parking on site, so no issues. The receptionists were very professionals. We'll be staying here again next time visiting Ottawa!
